2. Free Trial Period

All new users receive a free trial period of 7 days. During this period, you can explore all features without any charges. No credit card is required for the trial.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • You are not satisfied with the service quality
  • The service did not meet your expectations as described
  • You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase
  • Credits already used for sending campaigns
  • Subscription plans used for the full period

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  4. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Partial Refunds

If you have used a portion of your service, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused balance. Refund amounts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

7. Chargeback and Disputes

We do not accept chargebacks or disputes after a refund decision has been made. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 10 days of the transaction.
